1 c. prepared quick grits (Quaker, not instant)
4 oz. butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 small garlic clove, minced
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare 1 cup quick grits as directed on package (Stir 1 cup quick grits into 4 cups boiling water w/1 tsp. salt and cook 2 1/2-5 minutes.)

Stir in butter, eggs, milk, garlic and cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Pour into 2 quart greased casserole

Bake at 350 for 1 hour, uncovered
Good reheated in microwave
