2 c flour
1 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 c shortening
3/4 c orange juice
1 T orange zest
1 egg
3/4 c chopped pecans
2 c chopped cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Pour into 9x5" baking, spread so that center of pan is depressed. Bake for 1 hour.
