2 lbs. ground beef
2 cups longhorn shredded cheese
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups water
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cans tomato sauce (small)
1 can tomato paste (small)
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup oil
tortillas (I like the soft taco size- medium)

Brown: hamburger & onion season with salt and pepper. (Drain off excess grease) Add: 1 cup of shredded cheese. In a separate skillet: Combine: tomato paste,soup, sauce, water, chili powder, garlic, oil and salt. heat on medium and stir until throughly mixed. Dip: tortillas in sauce mixture and fill with hamburger mixture and roll (fold ends first then roll placing in casserole dish ( 9x 13) with seam down) Pour: 1 cup of sauce on top Bake: 350 for 10 min. Add remaining cheese on top and bake an additional 5 min.

I usually mix the sauce in a sauce pan. Place the tortilla on a plate. Spoon the sauce and spread on the entire tortilla and then flip and repeat on opposite side. To add more flavor, after spooning in the hamburger mixture, spoon a little of the sauce on top of the mixture.
