4-6 ears fresh corn (2 cups)
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 large tomato, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Cut corn from cob to measure two cups. Cook and stir all
ingredients (except tomato) over medium heat until butter is
melted. Cover and cook over low heat for ten minutes. Stir in
tomato. Cover and cook five more minutes.
