1 1/4 cups Ritz cracker crumbs
6 Tbsp butter, melted (divided)
2 cups onions, thinly sliced
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
3/4 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1/4-1/2 cup sharp cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cracker crumbs and 4 Tbsp butter; press into 8-inch pie plate and chill. Saute onions in remaining 2 Tbsp butter. Spoon into crust. Mix lightly beaten eggs with milk, salt and pepper and pour over onions. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
