3/4 cup milk 2 eggs 1 Tbsp butter, melted 1 Tbsp sugar 1/4 tsp salt 6 slices day-old bread
Combine milk, eggs, butter, sugar, and salt in a shallow bowl, beating well. Dip bread slices, one at a time, into egg mixture, coating well; let drain. Bake in a preheated waffle iron two minutes or until browned. Yummy!!!
