1 fryer or 4 large chicken breasts
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/4 cups chicken broth
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
dash of black pepper
1 stick butter, melted
1 can mixed veggies, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Mix chicken, onion, cream of celery soup, chicken broth and the veggies and pour into a baking dish (spray with pam). Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 350.
