1 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
2 cups flour
1 tsp flour
1 cup sour milk
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Measure all ingredients into large mixer bowl, except raisins. Blend 1/2 minute on low speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
stir in raisins. Pour into pans. Bake until wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans.
