4 chicken breasts
1/4 c. flour
1/4 t. marjoram
1/8 t. salt
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 T. olive oil
3 T. butter, divided
1/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. Marsala wine

Directions:
Directions:
Pound the chicken flat. Mix flour, marjoram and salt; press chicken into seasoned flour. Saute chicken in 1 T. olive oil and 1 T. butter; when chicken is done, add the rest of the butter, broth and wine. Cook for about 2 mins. for the alcohol to reduce.
