Grill chicken or saute in pan for 4-6 mins. on each side.
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 t. salt
1/3 c. seedless raspberry preserves
2 T. balsamic vinegar
1/4 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare chicken, grilled or pan fried.
Mix other ingredients and cook in a pan until well combined. Serve over chicken. Great as a salad.
