2 bunches fresh broccoli, cut into florets
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp grated onion
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup mayonnaise
buttered breadcrumbs (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli until tender, drain. Combine soup, onion, eggs, cheese and mayonnaise. Fold until mixed thoroughly. Layer broccoli and sauce in a greased casserole dish. Cover with buttered breadcrumbs. Place in a 350 degree oven and cook for 20-30 minutes.
