Ingredients:

1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1 egg
1 Tbsp water

1 box confectioner sugar
3 eggs
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened

Directions:
Mix the butter, cake mix, 1 egg, and water and spread on a large cookie sheet that has sides, 10x14 or larger. (I have found that by using wax paper and a glass, I can roll it to cover the area.)

Mix the confectioner sugar, 3 eggs, and cream cheese and pour over the mixture. Bake at 300-325 for 45 minutes or until light brown. Cool and cut into squares.
