1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts
1 pound bacon cut into 3/4" pieces
1 medium onion (diced)
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Over medium-high heat bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add Brussels sprouts, cook 3 minutes. Drain. In large skillet over medium-high heat cook bacon until crisp, about 7 - 8 minutes. Remove bacon with slotted spoon, and drain on a paper towel. Discard all but 3 T. drippings from skillet. Add onion, cook until softened, about 6 minutes. Add sprouts, salt and pepper, cook until heated through, 2 - 3 minutes. Served tossed with bacon.
