1 12 oz bag fresh or frozen (thawed) cranberries
1 cup sugar
3 T. brandy

Directions:
Directions:
Place cranberries in a single layer in lightly greased 15x10 inch jellyroll pan. Pour sugar over cranberries. Cover tightly with foil.

Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.

Spoon cranberries into a serving bowl; gently stir in brandy. Cool. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Store cranberries in refrigerator up to 1 week.

Makes approximately 1 cups.
