1 1/2 lb. ground beef
8 oz. water chestnuts
2 T. sliced green onions
1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 T. dry sherry
1 garlic clove, minced
6 sandwich buns

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and chop water chestnuts; combine with ground beef. Shape into 6 patties. Place in 2 quart glass baking dish. In small bowl, combine all other ingredients except buns. Pour marinade over burgers. Cover, refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning once. Grill and serve on buns.
