2 lbs. ground beef
1/16 lb. sausage
1 T. butter
1 small onion, minced
1 1/2 c. uncooked noodles
3 1/2 c. tomatoes
1 can peas
1 small can pimientos
cooked carrots to taste
1 can small chopped ripe olives
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. chopped celery

Directions:
Directions:
Grind the beef and sausage together. Melt butter in large skillet and in it cook the onion until lightly browned. Add meat and cook, stirring frequently until browned. Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender. Drain. Add to meat. Add the tomatoes and peas, half of the olives and pimientos and half the grated cheese. Mix all ingredients lightly together. Pour into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese, olives and pimientos over the top. Sprinkle lightly with Italian Herb Seasoning and bake in a hot oven (400) for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
