Ingredients:
12 oz. cooked chicken, diced (I use the canned stuff)
1 tsp. chili powder
1 small onion chopped (I cook this down first because I don't like raw onion, but it can be used raw)
2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
1-2 tbsp. sour cream
Soft corn tortillas
vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, chili powder, onion, cilantro, and enough sour cream to make it stick together.

Heat corn tortillas so they are very soft. Fill with some of the mixture, and roll up.

Add vegetable oil to pan and get very hot. Fry the rolls, and drain on paper towels.

Serve with any other ingredients you would like.

Personal Notes:
Not the easiest recipe, but it's delicious. We love them with the white cheese you can get to-go from Mexican restaurants. Also great with guacamole, salsa, sour cream and probably any other topping or side! Better than anything you could get from a restaurant because they're so fresh!
