8 ounces fettuccine, uncooked
3/4 cup of skim milk
1/4 cup. of margarine (1/2 stick)
4 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese, cubed
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, butter, white pepper and garlic powder in medium saucepan; cook on low heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended.

Toss with hot fettucine.

Add more milk to make creamier.

Also, I sometimes add chicken, broccoli or both.

Not as good as the real thing, but probably 100 times better for you, and it still tastes great! Also, very quick and easy to make.
