4 c. rolled oats (regular, not instant or steel cut)
3/4 c. sunflower seeds (dry roasted kernels)
3/4 c. coconut
3/4 c. almonds
1-1/2 T. cinnamon
2/3 c. honey
1/3 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.

Mix dry ingredients. Mix honey and oil. Combine wet and dry.
Spread on cookie sheet and bake 30 minutes, stirring
occasionally.

Serve with plain, vanilla yogurt.

Keep in plastic container with lid.
