1 c. uncooked white rice
2 boxes Near East Pilaf
3 bunches green onions
1 c. each carrots, green zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms
chopped
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 pkg. dried red cherries or cran-cherries
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions, mix together and
set aside.

Saute all chopped vegetables in chicken broth and/or olive oil.

Cook peas according to package directions.

Mix all together. Moisten with melted butter and chicken
broth, as needed. Add salt and pepper to taste.
