1 can asparagus spears, drained and chopped
6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced thin
2 cups potato chips, crushed
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
3 T. margarine
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In greased 8" casserole, place a layer each of asparagus, hardcooked eggs, potato chips, and cheese. Repeat, ending with cheese. Make a white sauce by blending the flour, salt, and pepper in melted margarine, adding the milk slowly and cooking until thick. Blend in the mushroom soup and pour sauce over the casserole layers. Bake ina 325 oven for 30 minutes or until light brown.
