1 egg, beaten
1 c. ketchup
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs (unseasoned)
1 T. olive oil
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350.

Saute onion, celery, pepper in oil until tender. Stir in 1/2 c.
ketchup. Combine with meat, egg and bread crumbs. Place in 8
x 4 loaf pan and top with remaining 1/2 c. ketchup. Bake one
hour.
