2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 c. half n half cream
3 lb. hamburg, ground
1 lb. pork, ground
2 c. milk
8 egg yolks
3 T. onion, chopped
2 T. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 t. allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl or pot with a big
spoon. Using a mini ice cream scoop, drop small balls into a
mini muffin tray or onto a cookie sheet. Broil in oven on high
for 5 minutes, then turn and brown for another 3 minutes.
Remove from pan and freeze for later use, or place in
crockpot to cook on high for another 2-3 hours. Add
spaghetti sauce, bbq sauce for main dish or equal amounts of
ketchup and grape jelly for sweet/sour appetizer.

You can go faster using three pans: one under the broiler, one
on a lower oven rack beginning to bake (which will lessen the
amount of time needed under the broiler), and one pan being
