1 c. slivered almonds
romaine lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces
1 c. crumbled feta cheese
1 small red onion, thin rings or chopped

DRESSING
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. raspberry vinegar
2 T. balsamic vinegar
2 T. brown sugar
1 c. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Toast almonds in skillet over med high heat. Stir occasionally
and remove when golden brown.

Whisk together dressing ingredients.

Toss greens and onion with dressing. Top with almonds and feta
cheese.
