3 cups raw potatoes
1 cup water
1/2 cup celery diced
1/2 cup carrots
1/4 cup onion diced
1 t. parsley
1 cup chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 cup milk
2 T. flour
1/2 lb. velvet

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the first 8 ingredients for 15 minutes until potatoes and vegetables are tender.

Gradually add cold milk to flour. Add the mixture to the soup base and then add grated cheese.

Personal Notes:
I use less cheese because I think it is a little too rich and salty with this much cheese. It isn't a diet recipe, but if you are a Wisconsin cheese soup lover, this is your recipe.
