Save broth from roast-baste roast in au ju sauce or bouillon-2 cups.
Onion
2 cups water
Sourdough croutons
Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onion, sliced, until tender. Add roast broth and 2 cups water, simmer. Put in large oven safe bowls, topping each with sourdough croutons and mozzarella cheese. Broil for 3 minutes and serve hot.
