1 cup raisins
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Divide raisins evenly among tart pastry shells. Approx. 24-36 tarts. (24 tarts the filling will be running if you like that, 36 tarts the filling will be harder- your own personal preference)
In a bowl, lightly beat together eggs, brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, vanilla and salt. Pour over raisins.
Bake in a preheated 425 oven 15 minutes. Filling will be brown and bubbling.

This is the best butter tart recipe I have ever tried. It dates back to a baking contest in the 1970's.
