1 - 9" baked pie shell
4 c. sliced strawberries (2-3 large pints)
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. cornstarch
3 oz. strawberry jello

Directions:
Directions:
Cook water, sugar and cornstarch over med. high heat, stirring
occasionally, until thick and clear. Remove from heat and add
strawberry jello. Stir until dissolved. Add strawberries and stir
gently until they are well coated. (You may want to cut large
berries in half for ease of serving.) Pour into pie shell and
refrigerate.

You may have extra jello syrup - depending on the size of the
