1 stick butter
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. slivered almonds
3 pkg Ramen noodles (oriental flavor)

Large head of shredded cabbage or bok choy
3 c. green onion chopped

DRESSING
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. white rice vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 packs flavoring from Ramen noodle mix

Directions:

Melt butter and saute quickly (so they don't burn) the seeds,
almonds & noodles. When cool, mix with cabbage & onion

Mix dressing. Apply just before serving. Toss well
