1 c. fresh or frozen fruit (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry,
peach)
1 scoop protein powder
8 oz. cranberry water (2 oz. unsweetened cranberry juice in 6
oz. water)
1 T. flaxseed oil
ice

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

This is a tasty protein/diet drink. Buy good quality protein
powder, vanilla flavor is best. Flaxseed oil can be purchased at
any health food store or refrigerated organic section of the
