Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in large skillet. Add cabbage wedges. Cook with lid off. Let wedges brown a little, then turn over. Try to keep wedges intact. You can cover and steam toward the end of cooking if you need to. DON'T OVERCOOK! Squeeze half a lemon (or more) over the cabbage toward the end.

Vernon loved cabbage cooked this way. It only takes abut 10 minutes. If you smell it cooking it's probably on its way to overdone!
