1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 lg onion, chopped
1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli thawed and
drained
4 eggs beaten
6 oz cottage cheese
1 tsp salt
1 8 1/2 oz box corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients adding muffin mix last. Pour batter into a greased baking dish. Bake at 400 for 25 - 30 minutes.
