2 cups self rising corn meal
3 tsp baking powder
8 oz sour cream
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup cream style corn
2/3 cup Wesson Oil
1 cup grated cheese
3 - 4 jalapeño peppers chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with 1/2 cup cheese. Pour into a greased baking pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top. Bake at 340º for 40 - 50 minutes
