Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Boudain
bacon slices
Tex Joy seasoning (or any preferred)
toothpicks (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Using meat clever, pound the chicken breasts to as thin as possible. Season one side of chicken breast. Place boudain on the same side and then roll the breast up wrapping the bacon on the outside. Toothpicks can be used to secure bacon through the chicken breast, but not necessary. Season outside of chicken breast/bacon. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on number of chicken breasts. Serve with your favorite vegetable or salad.
