14 small Red Potatoes
4 hard boiled Eggs, chopped
1 C. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 Tbsp. Mustard
1/4 C. Heavy Cream (Half & Half)
1/4 C. Sugar
Salt & Pepper, to taste
1 small Onion grated, optional
1 C. Celery, chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and peel while warm. I boil my eggs with the potatoes.
Chop the potatoes and eggs while warm.
Mix the Miracle Whip, mustard, cream, sugar, salt and pepper together and add to potatoes while warm (it blends better). Add the celery and onion.
Refrigerate until cold.
