8 medium potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 green onions
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup of corn flakes, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the potatoes in jackets with bay leaf. Cook until tender. Remove jackets and grate with medium grate. Mix all the ingredients together, reserving 1/2 cup of cheese and corn flakes. Top casserole with the remaining cheese and corn flakes. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Make sure it is heated thoroughly.
