1 can tuna
2T. butter
1 small onion
1/3 cup flour
1 can English peas(16 oz.
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 can(16 oz.) cream style corn
few drops hot pepper sauce
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
drain oil from tuna into saucepan. Add butter. add chopped onion in saucepan. Cook over low heat til onion is tender. Remove from heat. Sprinkle in flour a little at a time-stirring to keep smooth. Drain liquid from peas into saucepan. Stir over medium heat until thick and smooth-about 5 minutes. Add tuna, peas and corn. Stir over low heat til hot. Add a few drop pepper sauce. Add salt and pepper.
