1 egg white
1 tsp. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 - 3 c. pecans, whole

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 225.

Beat egg white and water till fluffy. Then add cinnamon, sugar and salt. Fold in the pecans and mix to cover well. Spread on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 225 for 1 hour. Spread on foil to cool, then break apart.
