4 large potatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup onion, chopped
3/4 cup sharp cheese, grated
3 tablespoon butter
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup light cream or milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes in shoestring strips. Place in a large flat casserole. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and chopped onion. Dot with butter; sprinkle with cheese and pour on cream. Cover with foil and bake in 400 oven for 50 minutes.
