3/4 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon corn meal
1/2 cup powdered milk
cold water
2-1/2 cups onions, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first six ingredients. Stir in enough cold water to make a thick batter. Mix in onions and drop by teaspoon into hot grease. Flatten patties slightly as you turn them. Fry to golden brown.
