1/4 c. unsalted butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. dark rum
1/4 c. banana liqueur
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
4 bananas - cut in half lengthwise & cut in half again

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet over low flame, stir in butter, brown sugar & cinnamon until brown sugar dissolves.
Add banana liqueur and bananas. When bananas start to brown, slowly add rum Heat until rum is hot and tilt skillet to ignite. When flam goes out, gently remove bananas and place oiver ice cream. Spoon sauce over bananas anbd ice cream and serve immediately.
