6-7 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 small onion, chopped
8-oz cream cheese, room temperature, cubed
1/2 stick butter
1 can celery soup
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 can mushroom soup
1-1/2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes and onion, with water to cover, until tender. Don't drain. Add cream cheese and stir until creamy. Add butter, celery soup, garlic salt, mushroom soup and milk. Cook a little longer.
