1 pound curly pasta, cooked, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup carrots, grated
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped

DRESSING
2 cups real mayonnaise
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing well. Combine with salad ingredients. Refrigerate. Keeps good.
