Ingredients:  
Chicken parts or whole chicken boiled and deboned saving broth.
onion
celery
2 cups flour
2 eggs
salt and pepper
3 chicken bouillons

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken onion and celery until falling off the bone. Debone and remove onion and celery saving broth and adding bouillons
Mix flour, salt and eggs.
Bring broth to a boil and drop flour mixture into boiling broth rubbing together so big lumps don't form. Cook until starts to thicken stirring bottom good so doesn't stick and burn.
