Chicken parts or whole chicken boiled and deboned saving broth. onion celery 2 cups flour 2 eggs salt and pepper 3 chicken bouillons
Cook chicken onion and celery until falling off the bone. Debone and remove onion and celery saving broth and adding bouillons Mix flour, salt and eggs. Bring broth to a boil and drop flour mixture into boiling broth rubbing together so big lumps don't form. Cook until starts to thicken stirring bottom good so doesn't stick and burn.
Family favorite for all gatherings. Is used as gravy over mashed potatoes or as a soup
