2 cups elbow macaroni
onion chopped
kosher dill pickle
4 hard boiled eggs
1 can peas
1-11/2 cups cheddar cheese
1/4 can evaporated milk (not eagle condensed)
1 T vinegar
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 t heaping mustard
seasoning salt
salt and pepper to taste
1/8 t curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni according to package. Put in bowl. Cool Add diced onion, chopped pickle, diced eggs, drained peas, cheddar cheese.
Dressing:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 can of canned milk
1 T vinegar
1 t heaping mustard
1/8 curry powder
seasoning salt, salt,pepper to taste.
Mix together well. Pour over macaroni and mix. Refrigerate for flavors to meld.
