2 (15 oz) cans French cut green beans
1 (15 oz) can small green peas
1 (15 oz) can white whole kernel corn
1 green pepper, diced (optional)
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup onion, diced
1 small jar pimentos

Directions:

Drain well and soak overnight in the following dressing:

1 tsp salt
1 tbsp water
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup corn oil
3/4 cup vinegar
3/4 tsp black pepper
