6 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
3 tsp baking powder
2 cups flour
3 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla

Icing:
6 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cake ingredients. Pour into two pans and bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. For the icing, beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla. Spread on cooled cake and sprinkle with coconut.
