2-3 large Vidalia Onions
2-3 Tbsp. butter or oleo

Seasoned Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Clean onions and peel outer layer from them. Core out center and insert 1 Tbsp. butter or oleo into center of each onion. Season totally with salt, pepper, and seasoned salt before wrapping in heavy duty foil (sprayed with Pam) and ends twisted together. Place on grill before grilling meat about 20 minutes and cook. Onions will be hot, but very tender and juicy.
