"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
2-3 large Vidalia Onions 2-3 Tbsp. butter or oleo Salt Pepper Seasoned Salt
Clean onions and peel outer layer from them. Core out center and insert 1 Tbsp. butter or oleo into center of each onion. Season totally with salt, pepper, and seasoned salt before wrapping in heavy duty foil (sprayed with Pam) and ends twisted together. Place on grill before grilling meat about 20 minutes and cook. Onions will be hot, but very tender and juicy.
