1 lb ground beef
1 T salad oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3 T raw rice
1 cup tomato soup
1 soup can water
3 cups chopped cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in oil until done. Mix onion, salt, pepper and rice. Add to meat and cook 2-3 min longer. Add soup and water. Mix thoroughly. Remove from heat. Place cabbage in a 2 qt casserole dish. Pour meat mixture over cabbage. Do not stir. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 11/2 hours
