Romaine Lettuce
Spinach
cashews
Strawberries
apples
grated swiss cheese
grated motzorrela cheese
Dressing:
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp round mustard
poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Break up lettuce into pieces. Wash and clean spinach and add to lettuce. Add cashews, sliced strawberries, sliced and cored apples unpeeled, grated cheeses.
Mix dressing in a shaker, add over salad just before serving and toss
